Thank you for shopping at Bella Bays. Our guarantee is to provide you with the best customer support possible. Items shipped from Bellabays.com can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Any returns submitted after the 30 days are subject to a restocking fee. Additionally, returns are not accepted after 60 days from the date of receiving your products. Please contact us to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) if you wish to return the material. RMAs are required for all returns(We refuse the refund if it's an unauthorized return).

Process of Return-7x24 Customer Service
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org Customer Service Department to receive an RGA (Return Goods Authorization).
2. Bella Bays will provide an RGA number and requests that the shipment be sent to our return address. If the items returned are due to Bella Bays error(you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you for your use.
3. Place parts & pieces in original packaging.
4. Write your provided RGA number on your shipping label.
5. Ship your package to our return address. Reminder that your package must be shipped within 15 days from the date that the Returned Goods Authorization was issued.
6. Returned parts & pieces will be inspected and accounted for upon return.
7. Bella Bays representative will contact you regarding any questions or concerns with your returned product.
8. Determined credit will be applied to original payment method and/or exchange of product will be handled accordingly.
Most Item Are Refundable Except The Following:
A. Custom products
B. Machining charges
C. Damaged material (orders damaged by freight will be assessed)
Next Day Refund By Receiving The Return:
After shipping the product back using the Return Process, please contact us with the return tracking number to ensure your refund is processed as quickly as possible. Once your Returned Material is received back to us and processed by the warehouse, your refund will be completed.
You will be refunded back to your original form of payment. Refunds are processed on the next business day following our re-stocking of your returned materials. Total processing days will vary based on days for shipping and re-stocking.
Refund Quickly-3 Days At The Fastest
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 10 business days).

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Some sale items cannot be refunded. Please contact us to check whether the sale items can be refunded or not.
3. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the designated address we send to you in the email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
