Any returns submitted after the 30 days are subject to a restocking fee. Additionally, returns are not accepted after 60 days from the date of receiving your products. Process of Return-7x24 Customer Service
1. Email Customer Service Department to receive an RGA (Return Goods Authorization).

2. Bella Bays will provide an RGA number and requests that the shipment be sent to our return address. If the items returned are due to Bella Bays error(you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you for your use.

3. Place parts & pieces in original packaging.

4. Write your provided RGA number on your shipping label.

5. Ship your package to our return address. Reminder that your package must be shipped within 15 days from the date that the Returned Goods Authorization was issued.

6. Returned parts & pieces will be inspected and accounted for upon return.

7. Bella Bays representative will contact you regarding any questions or concerns with your returned product.

8. Determined credit will be applied to original payment method and/or exchange of product will be handled accordingly.

Next Day Refund By Receiving The Return:
After shipping the product back using the Return Process, please contact us with the return tracking number to ensure your refund is processed as quickly as possible. Once your Returned Material is received back to us and processed by the warehouse, your refund will be completed.

You will be refunded back to your original form of payment. Refunds are processed on the next business day following our re-stocking of your returned materials. Total processing days will vary based on days for shipping and re-stocking.

Big, beefy bus bars

This is bigger than expected but I'm not complaining because the design is really nice

Appears to be solid copper. Stainless steel hardware.

This bus bar is constructed of what appears to be solid copper. It is 6 inches x 1.97 inches x just under 0.25 inches thick. Drilled with 0.25 inch holes and slots, it provides a LOT of tie-in points. To verify copper material, I filed away quite a lot of material, and then went even further and deep filed a groove; only finding more copper. Ferric chloride etchant as well as a blue patina solution were applied and reacted appropriately.

The included hardware kit is non-magnetic except for the split washers, so I'm assuming stainless steel. This includes the mounting brackets. The hard resin insulator has a full pocket threaded body that accepts an included pair of bolts for each piece, so you're ready to mount without buying additional hardware.

Holes are spaced 0.75 inches apart and the mounting slots are roughly 10.75 inches apart center-to-center but have plenty of width for slop.

One bus bar calculator claims that 2" x ~0.25" copper should be capable of handling over 360 amps, but doesn't account for the amount of material drilled out for the mounting holes. So there should be plenty of overhead current capacity for many projects.
